This on-site exhibition interpreting service is designed for overseas exhibitors, buyers and business delegations. Interpreting is available in Chinese ⇋ Korean or English ⇋ Korean, and interpreters familiar with industry terms, business conversations and exhibition procedures help you communicate without misunderstandings.

The service is available at major exhibition venues across Korea, including COEX in Seoul, KINTEX, BEXCO in Busan, EXCO in Daegu and Songdo Convensia in Incheon. The service lasts about 8 hours, with a basic schedule of 2 hours of on-site support, a 1-hour break and 5 hours of on-site support.

Support from booth interpreting to business negotiations

At your booth, your interpreter handles international visitor reception, product introductions, specification explanations and real-time Q&A in Chinese, English and Korean. They also accompany you to 1:1 client meetings, price negotiations and partnership discussions, conveying your intentions and noting key points of the negotiation.

Venue coordination and on-site accompaniment

If issues arise with equipment setup, the booth or on-site emergencies, your interpreter communicates with the exhibition management team, booth contractors and venue staff. Simple document support is also provided, such as sorting business cards and verbally explaining quotations and product materials. During service hours, your interpreter accompanies you on client visits, competitor booth tours and business communication within the venue.
