The therapist also explains the principles of moxa, its traditional uses and why this heat therapy has remained an important part of Chinese wellness culture for generations.

Relax with a tuina massage and receive moxibustion

First, a traditional Chinese tuina massage relaxes your body before the moxibustion session begins. An experienced therapist carefully applies premium moxa sticks with geographical indication certification using traditional techniques. Depending on your option, you receive a head massage with moxibustion (80 minutes), lower back moxibustion (70 minutes) or shoulder and neck moxibustion (70 minutes).

Unwind with herbal tea in the wellness lounge

After the treatment, relax in the wellness lounge with complimentary herbal tea and light snacks. Massage clothing, slippers and clean towels are provided, and you can use the shower facilities for 15 minutes.
