• Show your passport or ID at the service center in the museum's main lobby to exchange your booking for a paper ticket, then enter.
• Valid only on the selected date and time.

Meeting point directions:
There is no designated meeting point; please make your own way to the museum. The museum is located inside Jing'an Sculpture Park. The closest station is Natural History Museum Station (自然博物馆站) on Metro Line 13, and you can also walk from Exit 1 of Xinzha Road Station (新闸路站) on Line 1 or Exit 2 of West Nanjing Road Station (南京西路站) on Line 2. The museum has no public parking, so public transportation is recommended.

Cancellation is available up to 1 day before the date of use.

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Mon–Fri 10:00–18:00 Korea time, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Requests received outside business hours will be processed as received on the next business day (within business hours).
• Please submit cancellation and refund requests during business hours and make sure to receive a cancellation confirmation.
