Discover Suzhou's garden culture at the Lingering Garden and Tiger Hill

Spend about an hour strolling the Lingering Garden, one of Suzhou's signature gardens, exploring its hidden corners and centuries-old traditions. Then spend about an hour at Tiger Hill, known for its ancient pagoda, bonsai and legends.

Take a lunch break of about an hour in Suzhou. Lunch is not included, so you can pay separately for whatever you like.

Wander the canals of Zhouzhuang Water Town

Drive on to Zhouzhuang Water Town and spend about 2 hours there. Walk along tranquil canals lined with arched stone bridges and Ming and Qing dynasty buildings to soak up the atmosphere of an old water town. If you wish, you can take a traditional boat ride on the canals for about an hour; the boat fee is not included.

Return to your Shanghai hotel by private vehicle

At the end of the day, ride about 2 hours back to Shanghai in your private vehicle. You will be dropped off at your downtown Shanghai hotel for a relaxed end to the day.
