Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG) ↔ City Hotel Private Transfer

Travel directly between Pudong Airport
and your Shanghai hotel in a private vehicle

This private car service runs between Shanghai Pudong International Airport (PVG) and hotels in central Shanghai. Choose either an arrival pickup from the airport to your city hotel or a departure transfer from your city hotel to the airport. Skip the taxi lines and travel straight to your destination without transfers, with your driver helping with your luggage.

Ride in a vehicle that fits your group and luggage

Your group has an air-conditioned vehicle to itself, with up to 14 passengers. Depending on group size, you'll get a sedan (1–3 people), SUV (4), minivan (5) or minibus (6–8 / 9–14). Based on standard 22-inch luggage, a sedan holds up to 3 pieces, an SUV 4, a minivan 5 and minibuses 8 or 14. If you have more luggage and need a larger vehicle, an upgrade fee applies.

At the airport, your driver waits at the exit

After booking, you'll receive an SMS with transfer instructions. Your driver tracks your flight, confirms the terminal and waits at the exit. Once your flight lands, the driver contacts you via WhatsApp, phone or text to arrange the meeting spot, and brings the vehicle to you within 5 minutes when you're ready. Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free waiting time from your selected time.

From your hotel to the airport, depart at your chosen time

For hotel-to-airport transfers, the start time you select is your pickup time at the hotel. The driver waits 15 minutes at the hotel. Please allow extra time for Shanghai traffic.

※ Standard rates apply to central Shanghai. Pickups or drop-offs outside the city center incur an extra charge based on the exact address.
