WONDER NARUTO is a sightseeing boat that lets you experience the Naruto Strait whirlpools up close. It approaches the powerful whirlpools and safely takes you right above them. As a large boat with a capacity of 399 passengers, it rocks less, and you can relax on deck while enjoying the sea view.
Approach the whirlpools during a 30-minute cruise
The cruise takes about 30 minutes. There are 12 departures a day: 9:00 / 9:40 / 10:20 / 11:00 / 11:40 / 12:20 / 13:00 / 13:40 / 14:20 / 15:00 / 15:40 / 16:20. This product is a 2nd-class boarding ticket (1st floor).
Board at the best time to see the whirlpools
The whirlpools are best seen for about 1.5 hours before and after the peak tidal flow, and this time changes every day. We recommend checking the tide table on the official website (uzusio.com) and boarding the departure closest to that time.
※ Whirlpools are a natural phenomenon, so sightings are not guaranteed. Depending on the time and weather, the whirlpools may not be clearly visible.

From JR Naruto Station, take the Tokushima Bus bound for Naruto Park (鳴門公園) and get off at Naruto Kanko Port (鳴門観光港) after about 20 minutes; the pier is right in front of the stop. By car, it is about 5 minutes from Naruto-kita IC, and free parking is available.
