Board an air-conditioned coach at the VPT office in central Madrid and travel to Toledo in about 1 hour. Toledo is a national heritage site and UNESCO World Heritage city, called the "City of Three Cultures" because Christian, Muslim and Jewish residents lived together within its walls for a long time.
Capture the view of Toledo from Mirador del Valle
After a scenic drive around Toledo, stop at the Mirador del Valle viewpoint for photos. You will then also visit a workshop in the city.
Walk the old town with a guide and enjoy free time
For about 1 hour, walk the narrow streets and alleys with a guide to learn about the city's culture and history, and admire Gothic and Renaissance architecture and well-preserved monuments. After the guided tour, you'll have free time to explore the monuments and historic areas you like. At the end, return to the starting point in Madrid by coach in about 1 hour.
