Explore Krabi's islands and beaches
by speedboat in one day
After pickup from hotels near the main roads in Ao Nang, Krabi Town, Ao Nam Mao, Klong Muang and Tubkaek Beach, transfer to Nopparat Thara Pier and board a fiberglass speedboat. The first stop is Phra Nang Beach in Railay. Swim and snorkel for about 45 minutes against a backdrop of limestone cliffs and clear water, and briefly visit the Phra Nang Cave shrine.
Snorkel at Koh Yawasam and Koh Ma Tang Ming
Head out to open water and snorkel among tropical fish at Koh Yawasam for about 30 minutes. Then enjoy about 30 minutes of free time at Koh Ma Tang Ming to swim and snorkel. Snorkel masks and life jackets are provided.
Pass Chicken Island and walk the Tup Island sandbar
At Chicken Island, named for its rock shaped like a chicken's head, you have time to take photos from the boat. At Tup Island you stay for about 45 minutes to walk along the sandbar that connects two islands at low tide or go for a swim.
Poda Island sunset BBQ and bioluminescent plankton
Spend about 1.5 hours on the beach of Poda Island, enjoying a Thai barbecue buffet dinner while watching the sunset. Halal, vegetarian and other diets can be prepared on request.
After dark, move to Koh Rang Beach for about 20 minutes of night snorkeling to see bioluminescent plankton glowing in the water. Then return to the pier by speedboat and transfer back to your hotel by car. The tour ends around 8:00 PM.
