Cook 3 Thai dishes yourself
in an outdoor kitchen in Ao Nang
Meet your instructor and get ready to cook in a clean outdoor kitchen. In the atmosphere of a traditional Thai home kitchen, you handle the ingredients yourself and learn cooking techniques that are easy to follow at home. A dedicated instructor guides you through the entire process from start to finish.
Choose your own menu from three courses
Pick one dish from each of three courses to create your own menu. For soup, choose local chicken soup or chicken in coconut milk soup; for the main, choose pad thai, stir-fried holy basil or chicken with cashew nuts; and for salad, choose papaya salad or cucumber salad.
Vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free participants are welcome. If you have dietary restrictions, please let the operator know in advance.
Taste your dishes and receive a recipe book
You can taste the dishes as you cook them. Activity photos taken during the class can be shared with friends and family afterwards, and you receive a PDF recipe book so you can make the dishes again at home.
