The physical set ticket is valid for 3 days including your boarding day, so you can stay overnight in Arima Onsen before returning.
Exchange for the physical set ticket at Sannomiya
Show your e-ticket QR code at the JR Bus ticket counter inside Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe) to receive the physical set ticket and seat tickets for the outbound and return buses. Exchanges are possible from 10:00 one month and one day before your boarding date, and also on the day of use without a reservation.
Enjoy the hot spring at Kin no Yu
Kin no Yu, a public bath in the center of Arima Onsen, is open 08:00–22:00 (last entry 21:30). Staff will tear off and collect your bath ticket when you enter.
Stop by Gin no Yu too
Gin no Yu is open 09:00–21:00 (last entry 20:30). Bath tickets for both are included, so you can visit them one after another while strolling around Arima Onsen.

The exchange counter is the JR Bus ticket counter inside Sannomiya Bus Terminal (Mint Kobe 1F), open 07:30–21:00. Exchanges are not possible at Shin-Kobe Station. Buses depart from and arrive at Sannomiya Bus Terminal, the JR Bus stop at Shin-Kobe Station and the JR Bus stop at Arima Onsen. Check the timetable on the JR Bus timetable.
