Alpaca World is a nature-based animal interaction park of about 360,000㎡ (110,000 pyeong) in the lush forest of Hongcheon, Gangwon. Meet alpacas and many other animals up close, and explore forest trails and spaces themed on South American culture. It is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with last admission at 4:30 PM.

Every morning at 10:10 AM
watch the alpacas run to you

The most popular program, "Come Here, Alpacas!", starts every day at 10:10 AM. Capture photos and videos of dozens of alpacas running toward you together. You must enter before 10:00 AM to join, so arriving early is recommended.

Enjoy animal performances with
parrots, coatis and eagles

Besides alpacas, you can meet parrots, coatis, eagles, capybaras and more. Performances let you see the animals' natural behavior up close, including a parrot solving number puzzles, eagle feeding, a coati show, a parrot flying show, a Harris's hawk hunting demonstration and a guinea pig maze escape. Schedules may change depending on weather and on-site conditions.

Feeding, a stamp tour
and a café in the forest

For the feeding experience, buy Paca Coins (1 coin per KRW 1,000) and exchange them for the food you want. Collect stamps at all 10 stations with the stamp tour sheet in the guide map to receive a souvenir at the Art Shop. There are also Restaurant Picnic (open weekends and holidays), a food court and Cafe The Forest with forest views.
