for the cool Cameron Highlands
Set off from Kuala Lumpur to Cameron Highlands in an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver-guide. The scenic drive along the mountain range takes about 4 hours each way, depending on traffic and road conditions. The whole tour, including travel time, takes about 12 hours.
Explore a strawberry farm, the agro market and Floral Park
On arrival, you'll first visit a local strawberry farm to discover one of the highlands' famous products. Then head to the agro market, Floral Park and Mini Cameron Santorini, where you can explore and take photos at the flower mound, cactus section, aviary, love locks, Mini Santorini, mini zoo, secret garden and local market. Take your time enjoying the colorful flowers, plants, animals and local produce.
Visit a tea plantation after lunch
After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to a tea plantation. Gentle hills covered with tea fields and refreshing highland scenery are among the most iconic views of Cameron Highlands. The exact tea plantation visited may vary depending on operating conditions.
Stop at Lata Iskandar Waterfall on the way back
On the way back to Kuala Lumpur, make a short stop at Lata Iskandar Waterfall in Tapah. It's a roadside waterfall surrounded by lush rainforest, where you can take photos for about 20 minutes.
