This hands-on workshop takes place at Hanhcraft, a jewelry workshop at 314 Nguyen Duy Hieu in Hoi An. Make a ring, earrings, or a pendant in silver or brass and take it home.
The workshop lasts about 2 hours, and making your chosen design takes 1.5 to 2 hours. It runs in a small group of up to 4 people with an English- and French-speaking instructor, and materials are included.
Choose your material and jewelry type
First, choose between silver and brass, then decide what to make: a ring, earrings, a pendant, or a pin. Brass is not used for rings because it can leave green marks on the skin.
Create a sample design or your own
Pick from a variety of sample designs at the workshop, or bring your own design if possible. Follow the guidance of an experienced instructor to shape and finish your piece.
Take your jewelry home
You can take home the jewelry you made. If you like, you can add gold plating to your silver piece for an extra fee.
