The class is held at Chay Workspace & Homestay, about 5 minutes by motorbike from Ninh Chu Beach. Cook for about 2 hours with a local English-speaking instructor, then spend about 30 minutes enjoying the food you made. The 9 AM class ends with lunch and the 3 PM class with an early dinner, and with a maximum of 8 people there is plenty of time for questions and hands-on practice.

Choose your menu and cook it yourself

Choose your class when booking. Cook one traditional central Vietnamese dish or popular street food such as banh xeo (crispy pancake), banh can (mini rice cakes), banh canh cha ca (fish cake noodle soup) or bun sua (jellyfish noodles), or prepare a family meal of 3 or 5 dishes. A vegan menu is also available.
