Take on 7 canyoning challenges
down the Datanla Falls canyon

This canyoning tour of about 6 hours starts with pickup from your hotel in Da Lat and takes you to Datanla Falls, where you head down the canyon with professional guides speaking English and Vietnamese. Departing at 8:00 AM daily, you go through 7 challenges of abseiling, a zipline, a waterslide and jumps. Beginners are welcome, and lunch and photos are included.

Learn the basics at the base camp

From your hotel, you travel along a scenic road south of the city to Datanla Falls. At the base camp, you learn how to tie knots, put on a harness, use the equipment and the right abseiling technique, then practise at a height of 7 m.

and enjoy the zipline and waterslide

Once your guide judges you ready, you begin your first abseil, descending an 18 m dry cliff right beside a 30 m waterfall down to the river. Next, you ride a 40 m zipline across the waterfall and river, walk through the forest and try the natural waterslide several times in different ways.

Conquer the 25 m waterfall, a 7 m jump
and the washing machine

At the biggest 25 m waterfall, you descend the rock through the falling water. After passing the most difficult section with the help of the canyoning experts, you can try a free jump from a 7 m cliff into the river.

The last station is the 14 m "washing machine" waterfall. Let the current carry you out of the falls, then climb up to the road and ride back to town. During the tour, you have a lunch of steamed rice, chicken, pork, spring rolls, tofu and salad with pineapple for dessert, beer and cola.
