We absolutely loved this experience. We paid to be picked up and dropped back at our hotel. From the minute you arrive the fun begins. Firstly picking vegetables fresh from their garden then cooking a delicious meal to enjoy. We then went to visit a traditional Balinese house which was fascinating to learn about how a family all live together. After we went to the rice fields to see the fireflies. Unfortunately due to heavy rain we only saw a few but it was still wonderful to see. Highly recommended doing this trip

We had such a wonderful time!! Our guides were absolutely wonderful. Beautiful farm, exceptional food and a really fun light hearted cooking class. We then toured a traditional multigenerational Bali home. Our host was so super sweet. What a great experience. From there we went to a rice field, ate fruit and released fire flies. Simple, and perfect evening. A Bali must!

Meet at the Pura Dalem Puri parking area in Ubud and travel by air-conditioned vehicle to Pemulan Bali village for this roughly 4-hour night tour. Visit an organic farm, cook a Balinese dinner with locals, visit a traditional house and watch fireflies in the rice fields, experiencing rural Bali away from the tourist spots. Group size is limited to 10.

Discover ingredients at an organic farm and cook dinner

First, tour an organic farm to learn how plants commonly used in Balinese cooking and daily life are grown and why they matter to the local community.

After the farm tour, prepare and enjoy a delicious Balinese dinner with locals. Welcome refreshments are served on arrival.

Meet a local family in a traditional Balinese house

Visit a traditional Balinese house to meet a real Balinese family and see their daily activities up close. You also learn about the Balinese house compound system and the function and structure of each building.

Watch fireflies in the darkened rice fields

End the evening in the rice fields, watching wild fireflies up close and learning about these fascinating creatures. After the tour, you return to the starting point.
