Depart from Serangan or Padang Bai Harbour in Bali and get off at Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno, Gili Air or Bangsal Harbour in Lombok. Rescheduling is free, subject to seat availability.

Schedules and travel time
by departure harbour

Departures from Serangan usually leave around 08:00–09:00 and take about 2.5–4 hours depending on destination and sea conditions. Departures from Padang Bai leave around 09:00 or 13:45, arriving at Gili Trawangan around 10:45 or 15:45, then stopping at Gili Meno, Gili Air and Bangsal.

Arrive at the harbour
60 minutes before departure

Arrive at the Caspla counter at the harbour at least 60 minutes before departure and show your mobile voucher and ID or passport. Luggage allowance is about 20–25 kg per person; extra or oversized baggage may incur charges.
