No driver's license or driving experience is needed, and tours run in small groups of up to 8 people.

Ride a snowmobile-pulled sled
through the Lapland night
After pickup from your accommodation, drive about 15 minutes to the Kittilä area. Take your seat in a cozy sled attached to a snowmobile, and your English-speaking guide drives the snowmobile, pulling the sled across lakes and forests. You don't drive yourself, so no license or experience is needed.
Wait for the aurora at scenic viewpoints
Along the way, stop at viewpoints in the Kittilä and Levi area far from light pollution. Look up at the star-filled sky, search for the Northern Lights and take photos. The sled ride lasts about 2 hours.
Return to your pickup point
After the experience, drive about 15 minutes back and get off where you were picked up. Safety equipment is provided, but winter clothing is not included, so please dress warmly.
