A Cage-Free, Face-to-Face Shark Diving Experience

Experience the thrill of stepping into the water with sharks at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. Shark Dive Xtreme is a cage-free scuba diving experience where you can observe a variety of marine life up close, including Grey Nurse Sharks, Port Jackson Sharks, Wobbegong Sharks, and massive stingrays.

First-time scuba divers are more than welcome to join. You'll spend about 90 minutes with a professional instructor learning safety guidelines and basic scuba diving techniques before heading to the actual ocean tunnel for a 30-minute dive. Once underwater, follow your instructor's guidance to watch sharks and stingrays glide right before your eyes.

No Prior Diving Experience Required

No prior scuba diving certification or experience is necessary. Before the dive, a professional instructor will thoroughly guide you through equipment usage, essential underwater hand signals, and safety rules.

Wetsuits and all necessary scuba gear are provided, and the entire experience takes about 2.5 to 3 hours. After completing your dive, you will receive a Shark Dive Xtreme completion certificate, making it the perfect souvenir of your special trip to Sydney.
