The Shanghai Maglev runs 30 km from Longyang Road Station (Metro Line 2) in the west to Pudong International Airport T1 & T2 Station in the east in about 7 minutes 20 seconds, departing every 15 to 40 minutes.

The world's first commercial maglev

Using magnetic repulsion, the train floats about 1 cm above the track. Its design speed is 430 km/h, with an actual operating speed of about 380 km/h.

Collect your ticket at the station

Collect your ticket with the booking code or QR code at the ticket machines at Longyang Road Station or Pudong Airport T1 & T2 Station, then board at the same station.
