Comfortable Airport Transfers in a Private Vehicle
This is a private, one-way charter transfer service connecting Kansai International Airport (KIX) with hotels and accommodations in Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Kobe cities. Locations outside these city limits are not eligible. Travel times vary depending on the route and traffic conditions.
Alphard (or equivalent): 1–6 passengers / Maximum of 4 x 28-inch suitcases.
HiAce: 1–9 passengers / Maximum of 9 x 28-inch suitcases.
Interior, Seating, and Luggage Guide
Please refer to the interior and seating layout images to choose the right vehicle class for your group size. The standard size of a 28-inch suitcase is approximately 70 x 50 x 27 cm. The maximum luggage capacity may vary depending on the number of passengers, child safety seats, strollers, and actual luggage dimensions.
Meet & Greet and Language Support
For airport pickups, the driver will meet you in the arrival lobby holding a sign with your name. For airport drop-offs, please board the vehicle at your pre-confirmed accommodation. Services are available in Japanese and English, and translation apps will be used for communication in Korean.

What's Not Included
・If free waiting time is exceeded: JPY 2,500 per 30 minutes (fractions of 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes).
・Second child seat: JPY 2,000 per seat. Please purchase as an add-on option along with your vehicle booking. Cannot be purchased separately; up to 1 additional seat per vehicle (maximum of 2 in total).
・Costs for additional stops or route changes requested by the customer.

How To Use
How to Confirm Your Voucher
Please check your mobile voucher via email or the WAUG app. On the day of your trip, please present the voucher or your booking confirmation screen to the driver.
Meeting Method
Between 20:00 and 23:00 on the day before your service, the driver will contact you via LINE (preferred) or KakaoTalk to provide details regarding the vehicle and meeting location. If you do not use these social media platforms, the information will be sent to your registered contact details, such as WhatsApp or email.
Available Date and Time
Valid only on the specified date and time. For airport pickups, please check your scheduled flight arrival time. For airport drop-offs, please check the pre-confirmed pickup time.

Airport Drop-off: The hotel or accommodation specified at the time of booking within Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, or Kobe.

At the airport, the driver will be waiting for you with a nameboard. Please refer to the information sent the night before for the detailed meeting location within the terminal. For hotel pickups, please wait at the pre-confirmed pickup location.

Airport Pickup: Arrival flight number, scheduled arrival time, terminal, and the exact English name and address of your accommodation.
