Walk 10km along Busan's sea
with a local guide
Meet your guide at Nampo Station and walk a roughly 10km route linking Busan's old downtown and Yeongdo at a brisk pace of about 5km/h. An English-speaking guide leads the way; walking time is about 2 hours and the whole tour takes about 2.5 hours.
Pass Jagalchi Market and the harbor area
Start at Jagalchi Market, Korea's best-known fish market, and feel the lively morning atmosphere of the vendors. Then pass through a working harbor area lined with cold storage warehouses and industrial docks to see everyday port life up close.
Cross Namhang Bridge and walk Huinnyeoul Culture Village
Walk across Namhang Bridge and enjoy panoramic sea views and the ocean breeze. Once on Yeongdo, explore Huinnyeoul Culture Village and walk the cliffside path along the sea to take in the coastal scenery.
Discover shipbuilding history at Kkangkkangi Art Village
At Kkangkkangi Art Village, learn about Korea's shipbuilding industry and the metalwork history that shaped Yeongdo's past. Finally, cross Yeongdo Bridge, Busan's historic bridge linking Yeongdo to the mainland, and head back toward Nampo Station.
