Spend about two hours with a guide in Seoul's Mapo district, eating Korean BBQ and savory pancakes. You meet at Gongdeok Station Exit 9, stop at two restaurants popular with local office workers, and finish with a walk along the Han River. An English-speaking live guide joins you.

Start dinner with Mapo galmaegi-sal BBQ

At the first restaurant you grill juicy Mapo galmaegi-sal pork. The meal comes with a bowl of rice, steamed egg, soybean paste stew and several side dishes. Your guide also shares tips on enjoying Korean drinks. You stay here for about 45 minutes.

Try seafood pajeon, beef pancake and kimchi pancake

Next you move to another restaurant for a variety of Korean pancakes, including seafood pajeon, beef pancake and kimchi pancake. The golden, crispy pajeon is a traditional Korean dish often enjoyed with makgeolli. Alcoholic drinks are optional and not included. You stay here for about 45 minutes.

Walk the Han River and see the Seoul skyline

The tour ends with a walk of about 30 minutes along the Han River. You have time to take photos and pass scenic viewpoints on the way. The tour finishes near Mapo Station.
