At Wayujae, near Gyeongbokgung Palace, you experience a traditional Korean tea ceremony and taste 10 traditional snacks with one seasonal handmade tea in about 1 hour. The total time is about 60 minutes and the group is limited to 6 people.

You sit on chairs with traditional Korean patterns and hear about each snack before you taste it.

Try 10 traditional snacks one by one

You taste 3 kinds of gimbugak, 3 kinds of tteok, 2 kinds of honey, Gaeseong yakgwa and 3 kinds of gangjeong. Before tasting, you hear an explanation of each snack.

The gimbugak and Gaeseong yakgwa at Wayujae were developed by Korean chefs from traditional recipes to suit modern tastes.

Choose one of six handmade teas

You pick one tea from Yuja Sprout, Acacia Wild Pear, Golden Cinnamon, Ginger Mint, Pumpkin Breeze and Omija Wild Berry. The teas are blended from ingredients from across Korea to bring out their delicate flavors.

Relax in a space that reimagines tradition

You enjoy tea and snacks in a space where both the interior and products reinterpret tradition in a modern way. Come inside Wayujae at 108 Samcheong-ro and show your booking voucher to the store manager, and a staff member guides you to the program area.
