- Pickup is from hotels in central Rome. Please provide your hotel name and messenger contact when booking.
- On the day of the tour, the exact pickup time and place and the guide's name and phone number are sent via WhatsApp or email.
- Pickup may be scheduled up to 20 minutes before the tour starts. Please wait at the pickup point 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
- Pickups take about 30 minutes, and the tour starts once everyone is on board.
