BESTI made a reservation at Miyabi while looking for a special dinner during my trip to Sapporo, and it was a really good choice. Each course was full of sincerity, and the plating was a work of art. The freshness was different because they used seasonal ingredients from Hokkaido. In particular, the appetizer using sea urchin and the main dish, Hokkaido beef steak, were really great. It was the best place I have ever eaten in my life!
