'KYOTOGRAPHIE Kyoto International Photography Exhibition 2025' will be held from April 12 to May 11, 2025 , and a whopping 13 teams of artists from 10 countries will participate to create the ultimate art festival. This year's theme is HUMANITY, and it will tell stories of important challenges facing modern society through photography, highlighting love and empathy, the power to overcome crises, and the diversity and complexity of human life. How to exchange Haruka tickets
If you arrive at Kansai Airport Station on JR West, you must scan the QR code on your mobile voucher at the "white ticket machine" installed in front of the automatic ticket gate to exchange it for a ticket!
① Please scan the QR code on the voucher at the exchange machine.
② Please select the train you wish to board. (You can select up to 5 minutes before departure.)
③ After receiving the ticket issued by the exchange machine, please enter through the ticket gate with a station attendant. (Automatic ticket gates cannot be used.)
④ Please board the empty seat in car number 4 as indicated on the ticket.
⑤ If the 4th car, which is the dedicated car of the Hope Train, is crowded, please use the unreserved seats.
* Reserved seating is not available with this ticket.
* After exchanging for a ticket, you cannot get a refund or change the date/train of use.
* If the white ticket machine is broken, please enter through the green ticket machine or the attendant gate.

Haruka Express Train
1. Please use the voucher and passport at the ticket machine at the designated station to receive the actual ticket.
2. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase, and is only valid on the same day after exchange for the actual voucher.

1. Exchange at the 'white dedicated ticket machine' installed in front of the automatic ticket gate at JR West Kansai Airport Station.
2. If the 'dedicated ticket machine' is broken and cannot be used, please exchange it at the 'green ticket machine' or 'midori-no-madoguchi' with the passport mark at the station.
