Meet your guide at Exit 5 of Hoehyeon Station and head into Namdaemun Market, the largest traditional market in Seoul with more than 10,000 vendors. Over about 1 hour, taste 7 or more market foods and drinks loved by local vendors, including kalguksu, giant dumplings, hotteok, gimbap and tteokbokki.

Meet market vendors and browse traditional crafts

For about 30 minutes, walk through the market alleys with your guide, meeting lively market people and listening to their stories. You will also browse traditional Korean arts and crafts around the market.

Admire Sungnyemun Gate and enjoy free time

In the final 30 minutes or so, head to Sungnyemun Gate to admire its beautiful, historic traditional Korean architecture, with time for photos and free time. The tour ends back at the meeting point.
