The Beach Bar is located in Tumon Beach, north of Guam's city center, so it's easier to get there using a pick-up service. If you are at the hotel lobby on time, The Beach Bar's shuttle bus will pick you up.

- VIP private seating can be reserved for a minimum of 2 adults.

- Infant rates apply to children 2 years old and older - up to 5 years old.
- Infants aged 0-1 years old are not provided with seats, while infants aged 2-5 years old are provided with seats free of charge.
- Those who purchase the dinner included option can use the buffet for all guests including infants. However, for adults and children (ages 6 - 11), one serving of steak & shrimp is provided, but it is not provided for infants (ages 5 and under).
- Open bar drinks option is available upon payment on site.
- Group rates for the regular dinner show option are available for groups of 10 or more adults.
- The menu is subject to change without prior notice and a 10% service charge is added to all additional orders.
- If you use a wheelchair, please notify us in advance when making your reservation.
- If you are a vegetarian, you must inform us in advance when making your reservation for the dinner option.
- Products other than VIP or Super VIP products may be shared with other customers.
- Tours may be cancelled due to local circumstances, bad weather, or if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- When purchasing a Super VIP product, one lobster tail per adult is included, and additional items can be purchased on-site.
- When purchasing a Super VIP product, one bottle of sparkling wine is provided for every 6 adults, and 2 bottles are provided for 7 or more people.
- Customers who purchase Super VIP products and prefer non-alcoholic beverages can substitute this with a 1-hour non-alcoholic open bar.

Cancellation and Refund
If canceled 3-6 days before the date of use, 50% of the payment amount will be deducted and refunded.
On the day of use - Cancellation 2 days in advance or non-attendance Full refund is not possible.
• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
