What to Remember
- Transparent boats may not be available depending on weather conditions on the day, such as wave height.
- When picking up, meet with the guide at the hotel lobby (pick-up product) or port (direct transfer product) and the guide will call you by your name.
- Please wait 10 minutes before the pick-up time. If you are not present or do not show up for more than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time, you will be treated as a no-show, and cancellation and refund will not be possible.
- Please note that we are not responsible for customers who are late for the pick-up time and cannot use the service.
- When accompanying an infant, be sure to select the number of infants. (If the number of infants is not selected, boarding is not possible.)
