Pick-up is possible from hotels/shopping mall main gates/residences/guesthouses in Kota Kinabalu, and for some accommodations, pick-up/drop-off may be from nearby hotels.
Pick-up time may be delayed or advanced depending on hotel location and local traffic conditions.

• Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
• This is a join tour that can be reserved for at least 2 people and departs when there are 4 or more participants. Please note that if the minimum number of participants is not met, the tour cannot be held and cancellation notices will be sent 2 days prior to the tour date.
• The schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• If the tour is canceled due to weather or local conditions, we may notify you of the cancellation the day before or 1 hour before the tour. Please be sure to check KakaoTalk.
• The tour will proceed even in case of rain, and you must purchase your own raincoat (5 ringgit).
• The weather is based on the weather in Dongmakgol area, the tour location, not Kota Kinabalu city.
• Please make a reservation for infants under 24 months. Infants under 24 months are free of charge, but massages are not available.
• Please prepare mosquito repellent, bug spray, and light long-sleeved clothing.
• As this is an area with many mosquitoes, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in the tour, and we recommend that infants not accompany the tour if possible.
• Additional costs may apply if the pick-up/drop-off location is changed after the reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times vary by hotel and may change depending on local circumstances.
• Bulky items such as golf clubs cannot be brought onto the vehicle. If you have bulky items, you must store them at the hotel and then drop them off at the hotel. Airport drop-offs are not available.
• Please understand that it may be difficult for pregnant women, those with disc problems, those with spinal or back pain, or those who cannot tolerate physical strain to make a massage reservation, and that massage reservations may be cancelled on site.
• If you would like a babysitter at a massage shop, please make a request via KakaoTalk after receiving the KakaoTalk message one day before the date of use. You can pay the sitter fee locally.
• Airport drop-off is only available for flights departing after midnight. Expected arrival time at the airport is around 22:00, but may vary depending on local conditions.
• A simple English tour guide will be sent to you via KakaoTalk the day before your tour date. Please make sure to reply after checking the KakaoTalk guide message.

•Reservation for this product will be confirmed within 3 days after purchase based on business hours (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
