BESTThe friendly driver came on time and said he would arrive at the ATM first from KK Airport, so even if he knew the route, he took me right in front. He was a good driver, so I arrived quickly to rest and gave him a tip of 150 ringgit (I arrived at the airport late and when I was tired). (I gave it to you because you were so kind) When I was leaving, another driver came, but he generously gave me a ringgit tip, so I couldn't give it because I didn't have any cash... If you see this, please leave your account number..! The locals are so kind, so a trip should have a good beginning and end, right? First, for airport pickup, all you have to do is look for a guide holding a picket with the name of the person making the reservation written on it. The guide will take you to a private vehicle.
In the case of drop-off, the meeting time is adjusted after the reservation is confirmed and the meeting is held at the accommodation where you are staying.
Spacious and comfortable vehicle provided
The pickup vehicle is a basic van that can accommodate 7 passengers and is more spacious and comfortable than regular pickup & drop-off vehicles.
It is perfect for general pickup of a family of 4 or less, including various luggage and other carry-on items.

What to Remember
- Refunds may be made depending on the travel agency's circumstances before the reservation is confirmed.
- Reservations are available from 2 people.
- Please adhere to the designated departure time.
- We cannot assist with problems arising from not receiving meeting information, vouchers, etc. due to errors in reservation information, number changes due to SIM card, or errors in local contact information.

- Additional charges apply for each golf bag.
- The night surcharge is from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Please select the night surcharge option when using at this time. (Based on arrival time at local airport)
- The night surcharge is for one vehicle.
- This product does not come with a Korean guide.
- Pick-up & drop-off applies only to city areas.
- Outer-city areas: Rasaria Resort, Nexus Resort, Borneo Beach Villa, Grand, Ibis, Pan Borneo, etc.
- Baby car seats are not provided.
- Please be especially careful about loss of valuables, cash, etc. and personal safety accidents.
- After your reservation is confirmed, we will send you an individual voucher the day before your arrival.
- We recommend that you sign up for travel insurance before participating in the tour. Sign up
- Reservations for this product are not confirmed upon purchase. Reservations will be confirmed after individual contact.
- When using the night surcharge (12:00 AM - 6:00 AM), you must purchase the additional night surcharge option. (Purchase per team)
Cancellation and Refund
- If notified 20 days prior to the start of the trip (29-20): 10% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified at least 6 days before the start of the trip (19~6): 15% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- If notified 1 to 5 days prior to the start of the trip: 20% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
- On the day of travel - When notified before the start of the tour: 50% will be deducted from the total product price and refunded.
Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
