Please check the pick-up time information and reservation confirmation via KakaoTalk, which will be sent the day before the designated date, and be sure to send us a confirmation reply.

* Please arrive 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time and wait.

• Minimum departure number is 2 people. If the number of guests is not sufficient, the tour will not be possible, and cancellation will be advised 2 days prior to the designated tour date.
• Schedule, product composition, and details may be subject to change or cancellation depending on weather and local conditions.
• In case of cancellation due to weather or local circumstances, we will notify you of the cancellation via KakaoTalk the day before the tour or before the start of the tour.
• The tour will continue even in rainy weather, and you must purchase your own raincoat. (5 ringgit)
• The weather is based on the weather at the firefly tour location, not downtown Kota Kinabalu.
• This tour does not include meals.
• Reservations are also required for infants under 23 months of age. (Free for infants under 23 months/no massage)
• Due to the nature of the firefly tour, there are many mosquitoes, so pregnant women cannot participate in the tour, and it is recommended that very young infants not accompany the tour if possible.
• Please understand that massage is available for ages 48 months and older. For children under 47 months, please select the Amazon tour option without massage.
• Massages are carried out at Pink Moon or Paradise, and may be carried out at other massage shops depending on local circumstances.
• If you would like to change from a foot massage to a full body massage, you must inquire and make a reservation in advance, and additional costs will apply on site.

• Additional costs may apply if you change the pick-up/drop-off location after your reservation is confirmed, and changes may not be possible depending on local circumstances.
• Vehicle pick-up/drop-off times may vary depending on local circumstances.
• Bulky luggage such as golf clubs cannot be brought on board the vehicle.
• It is difficult to make a massage reservation for pregnant women and herniated disc patients, and massage reservations may be canceled on site.

-If canceled 7-3 days before the date of use: refund after 60% deduction
-Cancellation 2 days before or on the day of use: No refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
