• The information you provide when making a reservation will be used to make the tour reservation and will be shared with the Paju City DMZ Peace Tourist Office.
• When making a purchase, you are deemed to have agreed to the collection and provision of the above-mentioned personal information, and the travel agency will destroy such information after the end of the tour.
• Please check in advance as you will not be able to participate without identification.
• Foreign participants must bring their passport, alien registration card, or US military ID card, and Korean participants must bring their ID card (minors may bring a student ID card or no ID card if accompanied by a guardian).
• Because it is a military area, identity verification is required, and cancellation requests due to problems with ID (expired stay, damage, etc.) within the cancellation fee period are not grounds for a refund, so please check in advance.
• On days when congestion is expected, there may be departures earlier than the current meeting time. In this case, you will be notified separately via KakaoTalk or text, so please gather based on the notified time, not the time indicated on the product.
• The tour bus departs on time, and those who do not arrive on time will be treated as a no-show on the day without any further contact.
• In case of NO-SHOW, participation will be considered as participation and no refund will be given.
• Entry may be closed without notice due to bad weather or military reasons occurring within the demilitarized zone. In this case, no refund of the tour fee will be provided and an alternative course will be taken. (Alternative course: Imjingak Park > Dokgae Bridge > BEAT 131 Art Space > Odusan Observatory > War Memorial of Korea Disbandment)
• This tour departs every Tuesday to Sunday, and does not operate on Mondays, weekdays, public holidays, or public holidays.
• This product is based on English, and the entire course is conducted in English.
• However, if there are no foreign participants, the event will be held in Korean. (Korean English guide provided)
• The tour may be conducted in the same vehicle as customers who requested a tour in a language other than English.
• Please purchase in accordance with the number of participants and quantity.
• If the minimum number of participants for the tour is not met, the tour may not proceed.
• You can participate in this tour regardless of nationality.
• Infants under 24 months old can participate for free, but separate seats are not provided.
• Minors may enter only when accompanied by a guardian.
• Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to the tour date. (5 business days a week)
• The schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.
• The tour end time is the scheduled time, but may be delayed further depending on local congestion and traffic conditions.
• Reservations are not possible for the DMZ, and tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis on the day, so please understand that admission times can be found on-site on the day.
• When visiting the DMZ, ticket sales are handled by a guide, and participants can tour the park or have free time.
• As this is a military area, drinking and personal behavior are prohibited.
• The 3rd Tunnel is a tunnel dug by the North Korean army for the purpose of invading the South. If you are tall, you will have to lower your head to enter. Please be aware of this in advance and be careful if you have neck or back discomfort.
• The 3rd tunnel monorail is not used.
• Those who are elderly or have health reasons (claustrophobia, heart disease, asthma, etc.) are advised to be careful when touring the tunnel.
• Wheelchairs are not available.
• This tour does not visit Panmunjom (JSA).
• The guide conducts a different tour every day, and please understand that we do not provide guide contact information as it would cause significant disruption to the tour progress.
• Lunch is not included during the tour, and no separate meal times are provided.
• You may eat snacks during free time, so it would be helpful to bring some snacks with you.
