Paris: Airport Premium Sedan/Minivan Pick-up and Drop-off Service (Private Car Service)

Meeting point:
Meet the driver at the terminal arrival hall of the designated airport or the designated meeting point.

Meeting time:

• Airport meeting: Meet with the driver according to the airport arrival time indicated at the time of reservation (the driver will be waiting for approximately 1 hour based on the arrival time. Additional waiting time will be charged additionally.)
• Airport drop-off: Meet with the driver at the meeting time at the location specified at the time of reservation (additional charges may apply if the driver waits for more than 10 minutes. If 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will leave and the service fee will not be refunded. )

• If your arrival or pick-up time is between 22:00 PM - 08:00 AM, you will need to purchase a separate night surcharge to confirm your reservation.
• There is no distinction between adults and children, and there is only one seat per person.
• Please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance.
• For airport pickups, a 1 hour waiting time is included. Additional waiting time is 40 € per hour.
• In case of flight delay or delays, please contact us (KakaoTalk ID: ynoshelp) at least 3 hours in advance. Even in the event of a flight delay, if the waiting time is more than 1 hour, a fee for the additional waiting time will be charged.
• Infant car seats can be prepared if you let us know when making a reservation.

• The VIP driver is a local and can communicate in English.
• If there are more than 4 people or more than 3 check-in suitcases, you must reserve a minivan.
• (Airport pickup) If the driver waits for more than 1 hour, an additional charge will be incurred, or if 1 hour passes without contact, the driver will withdraw and the service fee will not be refunded.
• (Airport drop-off) If the driver waits for more than 10 minutes, an additional fee will be charged, or if 10 minutes pass without contact, the driver will withdraw and the service fee will not be refunded.
• Pick-up/drop-off is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Night surcharge information:

• A night surcharge applies between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM. Customers who wish to use the service during those times must purchase the additional fee (night surcharge (22:00 PM - 08:00 AM)).

- If notified 5 days prior to the start of the trip (~5): full refund of the travel fee
- If notified by the day of travel (4~1 day): Cancellation/refund is not possible.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
• Reservation cancellation and refund requests must be made within business hours and confirmation of cancellation must be received.
