• This tour is conducted under the guidance of a professional English guide from the Tourism Office.
• Popular tourist attractions are included in the tour itinerary. Because of this, there may be waiting times.
• Pick-up times vary by hotel and will be announced later.
• Please enter the correct hotel name for pickup. If you enter an incorrect hotel name, your pickup reservation may be automatically cancelled.
• Honda Bay does not have separate shower facilities. Please be aware of this, especially on the last day of your stay.

• Pick-up is available from Puerto Princesa hotels and resorts only.
• For hotels outside the city, such as Sheridan and Astoria , you must travel to the city center on your own or pay an additional fee when requesting a pick-up service. (2,500 pesos one way)
• Please note that this is a joint tour, so no-shows are not allowed. (No refunds for no-shows)
• This service is only available to independent Palawan travelers . Please note that refunds for package and semi-package products are not available.
• Please refrain from taking a tour on the day of arrival.
• Even after payment is completed, it may be cancelled due to reasons such as the number of participants or reservation status. The reservation is not confirmed until you receive a reservation confirmation voucher.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• Tour changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or late arrivals.
• If you personally own the equipment listed in the exclusions, you do not need to rent it separately.
