Introduction to travel destinations
1. Snake Island
Snake Island was named so because the winding white sandbank that appears at low tide resembles the shape of a snake!

2. Cudugnon Cave

What to Remember
- Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation voucher.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in case of an emergency while traveling abroad.
- Changes and refunds are not possible due to no-shows or tardiness.
- A minimum of 2 people can use it.
- The tour is organized by a local travel agency and accompanied by a local guide (professional English guide from the Tourism Office).
- Waiting times may occur during the itinerary.
- Please pay the environmental tax (200 pesos) directly to the tour manager on site .
- Pickup is only available at hotel resorts in El Nido Town. For guests staying in other areas, please come directly to the meeting point (Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop).
- Tours are not available on the same day you arrive in Palawan.
- Available only to independent travelers. Customers using package or semi-package products cannot use or receive refunds.
- If the tour on the day is canceled due to on-site conditions (weather), etc., a refund will be issued.
- What to bring: Hat, sunscreen, swimsuit (to wear), change of clothes, aqua shoes, underwater camera.

- An environmental restoration project hosted by the El Nido government will begin on December 1, 2018. This creates constraints on the tour.
- In the case of Secret Beach, there are regulations on maximum capacity, maximum number of visitors per day, and maximum stay time depending on each tourist destination.
- Secret Beach: Capacity: 12 people at a time / Maximum number of visitors per day: 144 / Maximum stay time: 30 minutes
- Simultaneous visits to Big Lagoon and Small Lagoon are not possible in one tour product.
- ID may be requested before using the hopping tour. We recommend that you take a photo of your passport, as this can be confirmed using the image you took.
- Tour schedule may change depending on government regulations and on-site conditions.

- Cancellation/refund policy only applies to cases received during business hours (10:00 AM - 18:00 PM) on weekdays, excluding weekends/public holidays.
