BESTThe price seems to be the same as on the spot! Before going to the Eiffel Tower, you need to collect your ticket separately at a nearby meeting point. So it's more troublesome.. I thought I only had to show the QR or the voucher that I booked at Eiffel.. I thought the Eiffel Tower map was displayed unless I searched for the meeting point address and I couldn't see it in detail.. I thought it would be better because the line for ticketing was simple. Still, the local guide took good care of it and was so friendly! For inquiries, please call the local company number!

Tickets for the 3rd floor, the top floor, are available during times when you can see the fantastic sunset and night view of Paris. You can choose from 6:15 PM, 7:45 PM, 8:45 PM, or 9:45 PM to suit your travel schedule. After meeting at the meeting point, which is midway between Venue de Suffren and Rue Jean Rey, you will be transferred with the staff, so please be careful not to go straight to the Eiffel Tower! After gathering, you can enter through the fast track line with the local staff.
An audio guide to Paris City Vision is also available through the mobile app, so be sure to use it when you go up to the observatory!

What to Remember
- This product does not come with a separate guide.
- Please arrive at the designated location 15 minutes in advance to avoid any disruption to your schedule. We will not wait for you if you are late.
- Local staff will guide you through the entrance. Individual entry is not permitted.
- If there are a lot of passengers on the day, even if you are a fast track holder, you may have to wait in line.
- A deposit of 30 euros must be paid when picking up the audio guide, and the deposit will be refunded when the audio guide is returned at the end of the tour.
- For children under 3 years old, admission is free. When accompanied by a guardian, please bring a passport or document proving the child's age.
- Please note that on the 3rd floor (top floor), there is no fast track line, so you may have to wait.
- There is no elevator on the 3rd floor (top floor), so wheelchair access is not possible.
- The 3rd floor (top floor) may be closed due to unforeseen circumstances. In that case, you can request a partial refund.
- You may be refused entry if you bring a large backpack or suitcase.

When taking a Seine River cruise
- Please gather at the meeting point, Port de la Bourdonnais.
- The cruise duration is 1 hour.
- Validity period is within 6 months. Please refer to the voucher for further details.
- To collect your physical tickets, proceed to Place de Sydney, 75015 Paris, France (1 minute away from the Eiffel Tower).
- Please collect your physical tickets at least 15 minutes before the selected time.
Cancellation and Refund
Cancellation fee of 50% occurs 3 to 4 days prior to selected date.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received within business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
