Pick-up Information:
Pick-up is available from hotels / shopping mall main gates / residences / guest houses in Kota Kinabalu City, and for some accommodations, pick-up/drop-off may be carried out at adjacent hotels.
Pick-up time may be delayed or brought forward depending on the hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Outskirts such as Nexus / Rasa Ria / Klangan Regency (One Borneo) / Grand Borneo / Courtyard / Tune / Likas Condotel / Borneo Beach Villa / Ibis / Avangio / Eminent / NO5 / Narada / Beringgis / Pan Borneo, and some accommodations or general homes and restaurants in Kota Kinabalu City, etc.

• This product's booking confirmation will be determined within 3 business days (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after purchase.
• Cancellation after booking confirmation is subject to the following refund policy.
• Please be sure to read the terms and conditions before purchasing.

• For this product, if you change / cancel after booking confirmation, a fee will be applied according to the special terms and conditions in accordance with Article 5 (Special Agreement) of the travel terms and conditions.

- Cancellation 21 days prior to the date of use: Full refund
- Cancellation 20 to 8 days prior to the date of use: 20% deduction and refund
- Cancellation 7 to 2 days prior to the date of use: 60% deduction and refund
- Cancellation 1 day before ~ on the day of use: No refund

• Cancellation/refund requests are accepted only during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), and cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours).
• Please request cancellation and refund during business hours and receive cancellation confirmation.
• Based on business hours, if you request a reservation cancellation up to 2 days before the date of use and do not use it without cancellation confirmation, or if you do not participate in the tour because you do not keep the pick-up time, you will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be possible.
