What to Remember
- Passes can only be exchanged on the day of participation and are valid only on the day of exchange.
- Passes can only be exchanged at Mishima Station on the Izuhakone Railway.
- It is available only to those entering Japan for a short-term stay and to foreigners visiting Japan who have a 'Temporary Visitor' stamp in their passport.
- Please present the pass you exchanged at the ticket gate to the staff and enter.
- Please present your voucher and passport to the staff when exchanging your pass.
- It can only be used on the Izuhakone Line and Izuhakone Bus designated routes. Additional charges apply if you use other routes.

• Cancellation/refund requests are limited to those received during business hours (Monday to Friday 10:00~18:00 / excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). Cancellations received outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day (based on business hours). It's possible.
