BESTTsk… It rained a lot and there was no cancellation notice, so I went and rode it. Of course, I had a lot of fun riding around downtown Shibuya, but the guidance was not enough when I first entered, and when I started, the other teams were not interested in taking pictures, so if you don't like it, go to another company. I remember it, but the company sucks.

What to Remember
- All go-carts are for single drivers only.
- The voucher is valid on the selected date and time only.
- After reservation, your booking is incomplete until you receive the voucher.
- Costume rentals are available. (Mario costumes are not available.)
- Must be between 150cm - 185cm in height and 100kg or below in weight.
- Please arrive 20 minutes earlier than the selected timeslot. (If you are late and unable to participate for your own negligence, then the refund cannot be made).
- We recommend to register for travel insurance for travelers abroad.
- For over 8 persons' or overbooking, please contact WAUG customer service (070-4353-5959).
- Make sure you check the time and timeslot of your purchase when making a reservation.
- It opens year-round (Due to local weather and business conditions, the service may be suspended).
- The number of people per course is 10. When the capacity is exceeded, we may ask you to change the time.
- Since Tokyo Akiba Kart is an actual driving on the road. Likewise, there is a lot of fumes and smoke, so we recommend wearing a mask.
Insurance Information
- Third-party liability = Unlimited
- Personal liability = 30 million JPY maximum
- Exemption clause = 50,000 JPY
- A valid International Driving Permit is required to ride the go-kart. (Refunds are unavailable if you do not bring your International Driving Permit)
- An English Driving License cannot be accepted; you must bring an International Driving Permit.
- Refunds and changes to reservations will not be made if you do not bring your International Driving Permit.
- Please bring your passport with you.
- For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot ride the go-kart, and refunds will not be made.
