How to get to Moomin Valley Park

Let me introduce you to how to get to Moomin Valley Park from central Tokyo. We recommend taking the train. Moomin Valley Park is about 50 minutes from Ikebukuro Station, about 70 minutes from Tokyo Station, and about 25 minutes from Kawagoe Station. You can take the Seibu Line to Moomin Valley Park, and the station to get off at is 飯能駅 (Hanno Station)!

At WAUG, you can use the Seibu Line (excluding the Tamagawa Line) unlimitedly for one day, and you can also purchase a Moomin Valley Park + Seibu 1-day pass ticket that allows you to take a round-trip bus from Hanno Station to Moomin Valley Park.

Moomin Valley Park is divided into a total of 4 areas. Let me introduce each area!

1. POUKAMA Starting City Area
At the entrance of Moomin Valley Park, there is a restaurant where you can enjoy various pancake menus and a goods shop.

2. MUUMILAAKSO Moomin Valley Area
You can say that it is the main area. There is 'Emma's Theater', a live entertainment, and 'Sea Orchestra Lake', where you can experience adventures.

3. KOKEMUS Moss Area (Experience Area)
This is an exhibition facility on the 3rd floor. There is an interactive experience exhibition space and a special exhibition, and you can also experience workshops.
There is also a select shop & cafe that collects Scandinavian imported Moomin goods!

4. YKSINÄISET VUORET Lonely Mountain Area
This area is based on the concept of a mountain of adventure and contemplation, and is a space where children can play healthily in nature.

There are many photo zones, and they are cute and pretty, so it's great for taking pictures.
