The Asian Civilisations Museum in Singapore is located in the Singapore River basin and is a light yellow neoclassical style building that was previously used as a courthouse. It is one of Singapore's four major museums, and in 2014, it was the only museum in Singapore to be selected as one of Asia's top 10 museums. It can be said to be one of the first museums in the Nanyang region to study pan-Asian culture and civilization.

The museum mainly studies the civilizational history of China, Southeast Asia, South Asia and West Asia, and displays various works such as elaborate porcelain sculptures, Taoist and Buddhist sculptures, imported porcelain, calligraphy and other decorative art works.
