Getting to the Night Safari

The Night Safari is located a bit outside the city center, so it's essential to plan your transportation in advance.

1. Via SAEX Bus:

Take the SAEX bus, which offers convenient pick-up points throughout the city. Board at the bus stop in front of the DFS Gallery.

2. Using Grab or Uber:

Grab is a highly recommended and convenient option in Singapore. Expect the fare to be around 30-40 SGD.

3. Via MRT + Public Bus:

This is the most budget-friendly option, though it takes the longest. Alight at Ang Mo Kio MRT station and take bus service 138 from the interchange directly to the Night Safari.

Tram Ride Tips

The Night Safari trams are open-air, and the queue can get quite long. Our top tip: head straight to the tram queue upon entering the park. While it may seem long, it moves surprisingly quickly. For the best experience, try to get on one of the first trams, allowing you more time to observe each animal. Opt for a seat on the left side, especially the far-left, as it offers better views of a wider variety of animals.
