The first Indian museum in Southeast Asia,
Indian Heritage Center
The Indian Heritage Centre is located in the heart of Campbell Lane in Little India. Its exterior features traditional Indian style and modern architecture, while its interior houses five major exhibitions.
You can see detailed exhibits on Indians and India, including folk collections and national collections, Indian cuisine, music, and folk culture. I especially like the fact that you can learn about the story of the Indian community from the 1st century CE to the present through various Indian artifacts and interactive displays.
Learn more about Indians
It is a place where you can see and hear stories about various wars and Indians, such as the peace movement of Indians including Gandhi and the story of Bose who fought for India's independence. So, it is one of the recommended travel destinations for those who are interested in India.

The Indian Heritage Centre is located in Little India. So, after visiting the Heritage Centre, I recommend you to continue your tour of Little India's foodie scene. The famous foodie scene in Little India is Tekka Centre, a hawker centre frequented by locals. You can eat a variety of food at Tekka Centre. Popular hawkers at Tekka Centre include 'Whampoa Prawn Noodles' and 'Prata Saga Sambal Belada'. They are all famous restaurants, so I recommend you to visit them.
