• Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a guardian aged 14 or older.
• Children under 91cm tall are not permitted to use the Lazy River, Wave Pool, and Kung Fu Panda Temple of Awesomeness play facilities.
• Children between 91cm and 107cm tall can enjoy the six slides of the Penguin Frozen Fun Zone and the three slides of the Kung Fu Panda Temple of Awesomeness.
• Children between 107cm and 122cm tall can enjoy all the children's rides and 5 family slides accompanied by a guardian.
• Guests taller than 122cm can use all equipment and activities except children's play equipment.
• You must present a valid ID (e.g. passport) and the credit card used for purchase upon check-in.
• Wristbands cannot be shared, traded or exchanged, and are only valid on the day of purchase.
• Re-entry is not possible.
• All rides may be temporarily closed for maintenance.
• Outside food or drinks are not allowed.
• Swimsuits are required.
• Each attraction may have its own rules, so please check the information signs at the attraction entrance.
• This product cannot be changed or cancelled after reservation is confirmed.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
