• This product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• Travelers with conditions such as heart disease, fear of heights, pregnancy, or epilepsy are not recommended to participate.
• You can receive the health report through a mobile app and provide it to Baden staff as a QR code, or you can come and complete the physical health report.
• Outside alcohol and food are not allowed inside the complex.
• Sun World Bar Den may suspend admission if the number of visitors in the complex exceeds the distance limit.
• Please present the QR code when entering. The QR code is only valid once, and please do not share the QR code with others. Purchased tickets are non-refundable.
• The e-voucher format must remain original; changes or edits may result in check-in failure.
• A QR code will be sent via email. Please leave your correct phone number and email when making a reservation.
• It can only be used on the date and operating hours selected at the time of reservation.
• Round trip must be completed within the selected days.
• Children must be accompanied by a guardian.
