• Children under 3 years old are free.
• During holiday seasons such as year-end and New Year's holidays, Christmas, and other public holidays, it may take longer than the existing service.
• If you go directly to the VIP window without meeting with the staff, you will not be able to use this service. (In this case, no refund will be given.)
• Fast Track is a service that allows you to quickly go through immigration using the VIP window, but it may take longer depending on airport circumstances.
• Depending on the congestion at Ho Chi Minh Airport and the demand of travelers who applied for Fast Track on that day, the time it takes to pass through general immigration may not differ significantly. In this case, since you have already used the service, you will not be refunded the cost of the Fast Track service if you choose to use general immigration.
• Although it is not a common occurrence, there are cases where the fast-track service is suspended due to circumstances of the Vietnamese government (at the airport) (entry of VIPs, emergency leave of absence of airport staff, internal audit, etc.). This is a very rare case, but it can happen in Vietnam. Therefore, if you cannot find the meeting board at the immigration office, please contact the emergency contact number at the bottom of the voucher to reconfirm.
• We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to prepare for any unexpected events while traveling abroad.
• All services are provided by dedicated airport fast-track service staff (Vietnamese) through companies officially contracted with Vietnam arrival airports.
• If your flight is delayed, Vietnam Airport Service staff will check the flight status of the customer you requested in real time and provide service.
• This service is available to all nationalities, but it is the user's sole responsibility to prepare the appropriate visa.
• Since the information of those who have made reservations in advance must be provided to the immigration office in advance, additional requests cannot be made on site.
• Fast Track Service is a service that allows you to quickly go through immigration and has nothing to do with baggage.
