• Depending on the congestion at Ho Chi Minh Airport and the demand from travelers applying for Fast Track that day, the time to pass through regular immigration may not vary significantly. In this case, since you have already used the service, you are told to use regular immigration, so the cost of the Fast Track service will not be refunded.

• All services are provided by dedicated airport fast track service staff (Vietnamese) through a company officially contracted with the arrival airport in Vietnam.
