This is a meet-and-greet service for international passengers at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City. An airport representative accompanies you through procedures such as immigration and security, so you spend less time waiting and move through the airport comfortably.

Options are divided into arrival and departure, and for each you can choose Standard with basic assistance or Premium with help for baggage and check-in. The service usually takes about 15–30 minutes.

On arrival, a staff member meets you

With the arrival option, when you get off the plane a representative waits in the arrival hall near the jet bridge holding a "WELCOME TO HO CHI MINH" sign or a sign with your name. Meet them and go through immigration via the fast track. Premium also helps you collect your baggage and guides you to your private transport.

On departure, they stay with you
through security after check-in

With the Standard departure option, complete airline check-in yourself, then meet the representative at the check-in counter to pass emigration and security together. With the Premium departure option, meet at pillar 6 on the 2nd floor of the international departure terminal and get help through a priority entrance with check-in, baggage drop and boarding pass, through to emigration and security.

Get your meeting time based on your flight

The representative tracks your flight status and moves according to your schedule. For departures, the meeting time is usually 1.5–3 hours before departure depending on your flight, and you will be told where and when to meet via the contact details entered at booking.
