Cook traditional Vietnamese dishes
with a local chef
This hands-on cooking class led by a local head chef introduces the flavors, spices and techniques that make up Vietnam's diverse culinary heritage. Each participant has a dedicated cooking station with all the ingredients needed, and you complete a carefully selected menu of traditional Vietnamese dishes in three courses and a dessert. The class is taught in English and Vietnamese.
Experience local shopping at Ben Thanh Market
Options with a market tour start with a guide at Ben Thanh Market, Saigon's iconic traditional market. Walk through the lively market where locals buy meat and vegetables every day and see Vietnamese daily life up close. After the market tour, transportation is provided to the cooking school.
Share the dishes you made
When the cooking is done, sit down with the other participants and enjoy all the dishes you made during the class. A complimentary cocktail is served, and you receive a Vietnamese cookbook with more than 25 recipes so you can cook them again at home.
